Our New Website is Live!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes at Ideal Fostering, and we’re delighted to finally say it… our brand-new website is live! We wanted to create a website that really feels like Ideal Fostering. Friendly, welcoming, colourful and, most importantly, genuinely useful for the people who visit it. Whether you’re thinking about fostering for the very first time, already fostering, looking for information about our agency or simply curious about how fostering works, we’ve made it easier to find the answers and information you need. Fostering can sometimes feel like a whole new world, particularly when you’re at the beginning of your journey.

There can be lots to learn, plenty of questions to ask and new terminology to understand. Our new website has been designed to make all of that feel a little simpler. You can explore what fostering involves, discover who can become a foster carer and learn more about the journey towards fostering. There’s also useful information about training, support and allowances, as well as dedicated areas covering some of the questions prospective foster carers regularly ask. For our existing fostering community, you’ll also find useful resources, downloads, frequently asked questions and the latest news and events from Ideal Fostering.

Making everything easy to find was a big priority. Nobody wants to spend ages clicking around trying to find one simple piece of information! Clear navigation and straightforward pages mean you can explore the website at your own pace and quickly get to the areas that matter to you. The website is also fully responsive, making it just as easy to use whether you’re sitting at your computer, browsing on a tablet or having a quick look on your phone while enjoying a cuppa.

We also wanted plenty of personality. Fostering is about people, children, families and relationships, so creating something that felt overly corporate simply wasn’t us. Instead, we’ve created a colourful, approachable website that reflects the friendly character of Ideal Fostering while still providing plenty of useful and informative content. And the website will continue to grow. We’ll be adding more news, events, information and helpful resources along the way. So, come in, have a look around and explore our new online home.
